DJI Care Enterprise is manufacturer-backed protection for eligible DJI Enterprise products. The plan must be selected, purchased and bound within the applicable eligibility window or verification process.

No. Only model-specific eligible parts included in the confirmed tier and approved scope are covered. Other components or damage-related repairs may require a separate quote.
No. DJI Care is a protection plan for eligible accidental damage under its service terms. Preventative maintenance is scheduled aircraft care, while corrective repair addresses an identified problem.
DJI normally requires eligible new or recently activated equipment to be bound within its stated activation window. Equipment outside that window may require an approved verification or inspection process.
DJI’s current FAQ states that Basic and Plus do not support cross-renewal. Confirm the initial plan carefully and review the current terms before renewal.
A request can be submitted for an existing fleet. Service availability, parts, tier eligibility and turnaround must be confirmed individually; these aircraft are not presented here as current new-system recommendations.
