What is DJI FlightHub 2?

It is DJI’s browser-based enterprise drone operations platform for functions such as remote control, live awareness, route and task management, fleet visibility, media organization, analysis and supported third-party integration.

Do we need a DJI Dock to use FlightHub 2?

No. FlightHub 2 supports selected controller-based DJI Enterprise aircraft as well as compatible DJI Docks. The right workflow depends on whether missions are piloted locally, remotely supervised through a Dock, or use a combination.

What is the difference between cloud and on-premises?

The public-cloud service is hosted by DJI and is normally the faster path to centralized access. FlightHub 2 On-Premises is deployed in a locally controlled environment; DJI also offers an integrated AIO option. Infrastructure, security policy and integration requirements should guide the selection.

Which aircraft and Docks are compatible?

DJI’s current list includes Dock 3, Dock 2 and Dock, plus selected Matrice and Mavic 3 Enterprise models and selected Zenmuse payloads. Compatibility is feature-specific and changes over time, so Unmanned Canada confirms the exact model, firmware, plan and region before quotation.

What intelligent features are available?

Current DJI documentation describes multimodal object detection, media search, anomaly review, Analyzer functions and automated workflows. Third-party intelligent algorithms are supported through specific onboard or cloud compute interfaces on selected hardware. Entitlements and hardware requirements must be confirmed.

Can FlightHub 2 connect to other business systems?

DJI provides integration paths for supported third-party systems and developer workflows. A proper integration review should define the data exchange, authentication, hosting, alerting and ownership requirements before implementation.

What should we prepare before deployment?

Start with the operating concept, supported hardware list, user roles, connectivity, security requirements, record-retention policy and Canadian regulatory path. For Dock operations, add a physical-site, power, network, weather and contingency review.
