DESCRIPTION
The Matrice 4TD is equipped with a versatile triple-camera system designed to deliver high-quality imaging across a range of distances. Its wide-angle camera features a 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor with 48MP resolution, an f/1.7 aperture, and a 24mm equivalent lens, ideal for capturing broad overviews. The medium tele camera shares the same sensor and resolution but offers a narrower 70mm equivalent lens and an f/2.8 aperture, making it well-suited for mid-range inspections. For long-distance detail capture, the telephoto camera includes a 1/1.5-inch CMOS sensor, 48MP resolution, an f/2.8 aperture, and a 168mm equivalent lens. Together, these three cameras provide exceptional flexibility for inspections, surveillance, and detailed documentation.

Complementing the imaging system is an integrated laser range finder, which ensures accurate aerial measurement and navigation. It offers a measurement range of up to 1800 meters at 1 Hz, with an oblique incidence range of 600 meters at a 1:5 angle.

The Matrice 4TD is equipped with a high-resolution thermal camera for 24/7 situational awareness. It excels in applications like search and rescue, fire response, and night patrol.

Telephoto zoom often introduces instability, but the Matrice 4TD overcomes this with upgraded stabilization technology.

Extended Flight Time & Durability

With up to 54 minutes of forward flight and 47 minutes of hover time, along with a cruising speed of 15 m/s, it supports long-range operations, including 18 minutes of continuous flight at a 10 km radius. Its IP55 rating provides strong resistance against dust and water, allowing teams to operate confidently in rain, wind, or other harsh conditions without compromising functionality.

In addition to endurance, the Matrice 4TD is equipped with advanced obstacle sensing technology that combines rotating LiDAR and millimeter-wave radar. This enables detection of objects as small as 12mm wires at speeds up to 15 m/s and ensures precise navigation even in low-light or cluttered environments.


Matrice 4TD for the Dock 3

The DJI Matrice 4TD is designed to work seamlessly with the DJI Dock 3, offering autonomous flight, all-weather durability, precision landing, automated charging, and remote deployment. While optimized for the Dock 3 system, it’s also available as a standalone drone, allowing flexible use in various field operations. It features a compact, industrial-grade design, RTK positioning, and advanced autonomous capabilities.
